1-Pieces condition: Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return
Allowed period for return or refund
- Full-Price Merchandise:
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card or visa card) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
The current selling price will be credited if returned after 30 days and accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise that is older than 30 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.
- Sale-Price Merchandise:
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card or visa card) if returned within 14 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice
- Return postage fee
In case of exchange and cash refund, you won’t have to pay any extra fee for return postage
We will deduct 5% from your order refund for return postage if payment was done by Visa card

- Making a Return by Mail
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon receiving the piece and confirm the condition of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
